I have recorded 3 CD's which cover much of the drumming work that I do. Each CD costs £10 plus 75p to cover First Class UK Postage. If you wish me to send the CD by recorded delivery, another 75p is added making the total £11.50 - the CDs are posted in a protective cardboard mailing sleeve or padded envelope. If you order 2 or 3 CDs they will arrive in one package, the cost of the 1st Class Recorded Delivery postage is the individual CD price of £10 and then £1.86 to cover the postage on the package.
If you use the PAYPAL link below, the default price for each CD is £11.50 for the 1st Class Recorded Delivery - I can't change it due to the limited capacity of my web host service.
 DEEP RELAXATION DRUM - A slow, deep drum beat takes you into a state of deep relaxation. Perfect for people who find it very difficult to relax and switch off from the pressures of the day. THE SLEEPING DRUM - The CD drops you into a deeply relaxed state and holds you there. Designed to enable you to fall into a sleep state and allow yourself to stay asleep. For people who have lost the habit of sleeping well whether through stress,
pain or chronic insomnia.
THE SLEEPING DRUM is very effective with babies, toddlers and children with ADHD and other hyperactivity conditions - enabling them to drop into a rare state of relaxation (usually followed by sleep).  SHAMAN JOURNEY DRUM - This is a drumming CD designed for people who are experienced in the Core Shamanic Journey technique (see my Journey Tuition page). The CD has a 10 minute, 20 minute and 40 minute journey - each with a distinctive callback to ensure that your journeying is effective and safe. Good quality stereo speakers, home cinema surround sound is perfect to appreciate the vibration of the drum for the DEEP RELAXATION and the SLEEP DRUM CD's. High quality headphones work well but for the best effect, play them through speakers. NOTE: as the drumming on these two CD's is on the lower end of the register - the deep vibrational quality of the drum may be lost if you play the CD's through laptop or other small speakers.
